All sales are final.
If you chose a tracked shipping option at checkout (Ground or Priority Mail), the email you provided will be given a tracking number for your package once it is processed. If you chose the untracked Letter Mail option, there is no way to track the order once it is processed.
Once your package is dropped off to USPS, I am no longer responsible. This includes packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
If your items arrive damaged or you are missing items please reach out to me through the email sent to you about your order OR at [email protected] with your name and order information.
