Need help with an order?
I respond to Instagram DMs and emails! There is also a form available in the Contact area of the website. Because it is just me, it may take me up to 24 hours to respond. All options are checked frequently, so whatever is easiest for you works!
Where is my order?
If you chose a tracked shipping option at checkout (Ground or Priority Mail), the email you provided will be given a tracking number for your package once it is processed. If you chose the untracked Letter Mail option, there is no way to track the order once it is processed.
When will my order ship?
Order processing times can vary, but most times are between 1-5 days after your order is placed. All items, unless specifically noted, are already on-hand and not made to order so that the processing times are quicker for you. Made to order items may take longer but will be noted as such.
Where are you located?
ELC Designs is currently only online and at limited pop-up events. I am currently running the shop out in Arizona while I go to school! You can also find a select variety of my stickers in person at the Waiahole Poi Factory Country Store!
Do you offer wholesale?
I do offer wholesale for businesses who may want to carry my stickers. If you are interested we can discuss pricing and other information!
Do you offer commissions?
I do offer limited personal-use commissions and sometimes do commercial-use commissions on a case-by-case basis. I do not offer commercial-use commissions of my pāpale pēpē designs at this time.
All sales are final.
I am not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
